I gave Charlotte no design direction, as previously we have not considered this to be important. Charlotte was so patient with us, she listened and drew out from us how we like to live our lives and what could be better for us in our home. She worked with me and with in my budget to create a space that is not only a functional family bathroom but also pretty to look at. She organised everything from tiles to taps. Involving me in all the decision making and clearly explaining every option and how well it would work for our family. She organised the purchasing and fitting of it too.
