“We loved working with Maureen so much on our first house that we hired her again for our second home! It has been so much fun watching our house transform into such a beautiful home. She has created a space that both my husband and I feel is inviting yet unique to our style preference. We wanted a home that was still functional to our needs yet had a feeling of grace. She has worked closely with us to make sure it is exactly what we are wanting and taking our initial ideas and making them grand. My husband and I have completely different styles yet she has made us both happy. Our budget for each element has been respected and she is incredible at taking our own vision and making it real or improving it beyond expectation. I am a shopper, so she has even given me free reign when I feel the desire to pick some of my own items and worked online with me to make sure it's a great fit. “I selected Studio Riche Designs following a large house fire in December of 2013. The fire gutted the entire house requiring a complete renovation due to structural, smoke and water damage. SRD was there to help from the beginning. Regina designed the new floor plan, which included the removal of walls, an additional bathroom and expansion of some closets. Working within the contractor's schedule, she provided color samples for every room as well as samples of tile, cabinetry and light fixtures. She was prompt and professional guiding the process from beginning to end. Regina also suggested some interesting and unique features that I would not have considered including a custom antique barn door in the master bedroom and a beautiful granite and wood combination for the fireplace mantel and hearth.
