Lillian took my parents’ 50-year-old home and brought it into the 21st century, turning it into a like-new home. As a result of her creation we realized multiple bids upon listing and netted some $90,000 more upon sale than estimated by one of the largest real estate companies in the Twin Cities. She worked tirelessly to bring her vision to life, putting in unimaginable hours of time preparing the home for sale, with her keen eye noticing the smallest detail. She also did a great job of navigating the hard parts - conflicting input, past deadlines (not her doing), going to bat when things arrived damaged. “We just built a new house and used Annie Graunke from Studio M Interiors from start to finish. To say she made it a smooth transition is an understatement. I don't know how we would've done the process without her. She figured out our tastes immediately so every choice she made from then on out was either dead on or close enough that it was right the next time. I was amazed as to how quickly she nailed every single selection we made (flooring, cabinets, paint, etc...) She also understood our lifestyle (3 kids and a dog) and made our house exactly how we wanted it but kid friendly as well. Every person we have over to our house comments on how much they love the paint colors which were all Annie's picks. We wouldn't hesitate to use her again or recommend her for any type of project!”

“My wife and I had the best experience working with Karen and Amber. We don't even recognize our home, it's such a dramatic difference. GW came up with options we could choose from and were very knowledgeable about current design. They had a sub-contractor for every trade if needed, and we were very happy with all of them. The custom cabinets are AMAZING. Tile, fixtures, furniture. It all turned out beyond what we expected. A+ Thank you so much Karen and Amber, Mike and Stephanie”

“I hired Carol Interior Fashions to do work on my home which had absolutely no charm. Carol came into my home, listened to my ideas and blended together a plan to reform my home. I wanted to do it right the first time considering the cost of paint ,furnishings ,window treatments and time. Carol went right to work with myself and my husband to help us transform our home creating a ,"Tuscan villa" feel. Carol was always very professional and always on time with deadlines. Carol has a great personality and it is very easy to share ideas with her .Carol values your input by coordinating your style/personality with the design . It's a shared masterpiece. I would hire Carol again and again. Which I do.”
