“These ladies did a wonderful job with staging a unit for my client. They paid attention to the smallest of details to ensure all prospective buyers had a good feel for living in the space. Apart from staging, they went above and beyond with coordinating the furniture delivery in my absence and all the last minute handyman work that I had overlooked prior to listing. Loved how they used real palm plants to bring a natural feel to the living room . I can tell you one thing for sure...you won’t find a more dedicated team for bringing life to your most prized listings. Would love the opportunity of working with them again in future. “We hired Aloe to help design and renovate the den in our condo. What a pleasure to work with Chloe, the designer for our project! She was well-prepared for the consultation during our initial phone call, and took the effort to fully understood what we wanted. She addressed all of our needs and questions, and proposed a plan that is within our budget. Throughout the renovation, she kept a constant line of communication with us to make sure we were aware of what was going on. The project was completed on time and we were very happy that she transformed our den from an empty and unused space into a beautiful guest bedroom with storage in which we very much enjoy spending time. “I have had the pleasure of working with LDR Designs on multiple projects over the past 3 years. In our previous home LDR Designs gutted our kitchen and main bathroom. The end result was well designed, beautiful and functional. Our most recent project was in our new home. LDR Designs gutted our basement, dug down, installed radiant heating, gutted the basement bathroom and laundry room and then finished with new storage, cabinets and lovely finishes throughout. “Cercan tile is one of our go to places for sourcing tile. They have beautiful highend marbles and mosaics. Their lots are really beautiful in the natural stone. But on the other end of the spectrum, they carry gorgeous porcelain tiles in great sizes and shapes. We love to do a mix of both to keep a client on budget so sourcing here works for us. Always something new and different to see at each visit too!”

“Our new condo is just being built and we are required by the builder to make our decor choices 6 months prior to completion. We are downsizing and purchasing all new furniture. What a challenge. I contracted with Ms Sealy's design team to asset me with both decor and infrastructure choices. The session was 2 hours and provided a critique of the choices I had made plus suggestions for other finishes. This session gave me the confidence to continue with my purchases as well as providing some great ideas that will provide a cost savings as well as enhancing our new condo. The unit closing date has been put on hold again so unfortunately I don't have photos as yet. I have purchased the sofas and spoke to a contractor about the finishes we will require once the unit has closed.”
