“Christie is knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. She helped me choose paint colors, fabrics, sofas, coffee tables, lamps and more for my mid-century modern home. I wanted to keep it simple, but warm and colorful. Christie struck just the right chord. She also introduced me to sources for furnishings that I would not have known about on my own and saved me from costly mistakes and do-overs. “Jen of JKate Designs recently decorated our income property in Ortley Beach, NJ. She selected paint colors, furniture, accessories and created layouts. She was easy to work with and talk to about likes and dislikes. She worked within our budget and the entire process was smooth. This house was an interesting challenge, as she had to work around some existing decor/furniture, that maybe we both would not normally have selected on our own, but it came with the house and we did not want to get rid of it all. She selected items/colors so that together, the "old" and new have created a beautiful, timeless look.The outcome is stunning and we could not be happier! The property has been listed for rent for about 2 weeks and we already have 5 summer weeks rented. we are convinced it's the decor and could not have done it without her. We are looking forward to our next project together.”

“I have known Lori Buck for 10+ years. When I did a complete overhaul of my living room/dining room/kitchen/porch, she was with me every step of the way. From designing the rooms and spaces to picking out every last detail, Lori was confident, in tune with my lifestyle, open to all of my ideas and needs and so happy doing her job. My home is the way I want it, not the vision of a clueless designer. She picked paint colors, fabrics and furniture that, more then ten years later, are still elegant, functional and comfortable. My next project is the master bedroom/ bathroom/office. I cannot wait to get started with her. When you start an update or total renovation of your home, it should not be a burden or something you dread to face each day. It never was for me, not once. “This is the second project I have worked on with Jennifer Walker. On both occasions, she has listened well to what I had in mind, made suggestions, given me choices to consider, and made recommendations based on what she knows about me and my style. She is enthusiastic and professional. On this particular project, we are in the process of completing redoing the dining room, including paint color, wallpaper selection, furniture, lighting, and a built-in piece. We have also picked beautiful new window treatments for both the dining room and living room and order a new piece of furniture for the living room to replace a no-longer-used piano. Once again, she helped me think "outside the box" as far as I am willing to do that, and I know the completed space will be one I will love!”
