“Julie Graf was the designer for a full remodel of the kitchen in an older home we purchased. We are serious about food and cooking, so the kitchen had to be highly functional; in addition, we are serious about preserving the "feel" of our Victorian-era house, so the design had to take that into consideration. Julie understood those needs and created a design that perfectly blended functionality and beauty while remaining true to the overall feel of the house. She spent a good deal of time talking to us to get a deep understanding of what we wanted, consulted with us frequently to make sure we were all on the same page, and oversaw the work to make sure it was done right. Her sense of color and form helped make our kitchen virtually a showplace. People walking into the room for the first time often say things like "I want this kitchen!" The room is oddly shaped, but she created ample storage space, ample counter space, and extensive pantry-space, while maintaining a sense of spaciousness and allowing easy traffic flow. She combines brilliant technical knowledge, the ability to talk to and understand her clients, and a great aesthetic sense--exactly what you would want in a designer.”

“Elise designed a most exquisite bathroom for my husband and me. She was very concerned about accommodating our desires of taste for style and colors and also using the space wisely. We have more storage space, the bathroom design makes it so comfortable to use, and of course, it looks stunning. She found and collected all of the decorative materials for the trim. And she designed a special mirror which turned out to be the most beautiful focal point. She connects daily with the builder to be certain of the progress and everything going to plan. We couldn't be happier with our master bathroom.”

“Melissa helped to design several areas for an addition to our home. A kitchen, family room wet bar and master bath. Melissa was a lot of fun to work with, her professionalism and knowledge of her products is evident in all the areas of design work she did for our home. Before our final order was placed, Melissa come to our home to go over measurements of the newly constructed space and to verify placements of everything for the design. She also paired our job up with a great installer who she felt was best suited to the install of our job. Our kitchen is like something out of a magazine, it is beautiful, and just as important, functional. She was extremely helpful in suggesting items such as pull outs for the cabinets, soft close for the doors and drawers, and suggesting contrasting cabinets and finishes that make our kitchen very unique. We especially love the contrasting finishes in the crown moldings of the cabinetry and the sink and cooktop areas made to look like furniture instead of just cabinetry. The family room wet bar, is unique that some of the cabinets are higher and some lower, some are recessed while others are out further than others. The glass fronts she suggested for some of the cabinets are nice for displaying glassware. The master bath is beautiful and we especially like how she trimed the front decking of the tub in wood to match the cabinetry in the room. Everyone who sees our home, comments especially on the above mentioned areas, they are so different from the average designs that you see in so many homes. Melissa's skill, knowledge and love of what she does comes out in all the areas she designed for our home. We have and will continue to highly recommend her to others who are looking for that extra something in design to make a kitchen or other area of their home truely special.”
