“Having purchased property at the end of 2016, I began searching for a company that would allow the opportunity to take on designing my place in Puerto Rico. I really liked Estudio-Metropolitan's portfolio of designs and requested their services to help design and furnish my living/kitchen room areas and master bedroom. The challenge of me working overseas in Europe did not award me an opportunity to be present during the set up of my place; however I felt assured that Olga and her team would manage this project through our email/phone interactions to include picture updates. This was a big deal for me especially knowing how it can be working at a distance. Initially, I provided an idea of what I was looking for (i.e. color, style) and they were able to assist and fill in the gaps of things I didn't even think of. I was provided thorough documentation of assessment of ideas via computer generated floor plans that considered all the details from drapery, paint, furnishings, home improvement ideas, accessories, etc., along with cost assessment. We then agreed on a plan for the spaces. We met a few times throughout the project as I visited PR. I really liked that communication was very good and she made it a point to meet up when I was in town, especially with me not living in PR. I genuinely put trust in knowing my property would be taken care of. Even with the hurdles of dealing with the effects of Hurricane Maria, Estudio-Metropolitan professionally and actively engaged my views moving forward throughout the project. I am forever grateful for Olga and team for taking on my property while I was away in a different time zone and keeping me in the loop of the details and updates through email and phone interactions. I am now able to visit PR and fill at home in my place here in Palmas.”
