In parallel, we were visiting their showroom in Palo Alto (where they have a rich selection of material), and spent quality time with their interior designers to help us reach consensus on the majority of the type of finishes for our house. So in approximately three months we went from vision to design to permit and material type selection. “I am so very pleased with the kitchen and bath remodel performed by Kitchens by Ross. Ross understood what I wanted and helped me through the process. He answered the myriad of questions I had and provided expert guidance. Ross went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the kitchen cabinetry, to the extent of replacing some door panels that had very minor knots. Ross suggested side panels that added a very nice touch to the cabinetry, a hidden spice rack, and I love the peanut-shape roll out shelving. Ross and his contractor met the deadlines and budget!”
