“Bill is an exceptional designer. He listens to your needs and offers very good suggestions. He is detailed-oriented, which is really a plus when you know how you want to use a space but not how to make it happen. Bill makes it happen! This is the first part of a two-part home office project.”

“As a "do it myself" handy man with relatives in the trades, I was concerned when we moved to Colorado and began looking for experienced, reliable, skilled trades men. We purchased cabinets form a Kitchen & Bath retailer and Mark Loewer was their independent installer. WOW, were we impressed at his skill, speed, precision and personality. It seemed he merely could stand in one place and move his arms a bit and the cabinet was hung, the electric was hooked up, the plumbing was engineered, etc. During what was to be a simple installation process, we asked for special work and design suggestions and he knew exactly what we wanted and where to locate the material at the best price. He could reach out to other specialists if needed and arrange prompt scheduling to coordinate with his schedule so there was no long delay periods. We have used his skill for other projects and have plans to hire him in the future. Being independent he can control his schedule and work to see it fits yours. His prices are more than reasonable. I don't miss my cousins help one bit.”

They really went the extra mile for me, whether they accompanied me to interview vendors or checking on the house throughout the building process. I can't say enough good about their team. “We met with Junior initially to talk about what we would like in a new kitchen. He came through with flying colors on the design, the quality and the overall look. He is easy to work with and communicates well throughout the entire remodel. No matter what the issue was he always told us “no problem.” He recommended a general contractor who we were just as happy with. The remodel went smoothly and finished in the time frame they projected. Junior followed through on everything he told us. We would absolutely work with him again.”

“Extremely well! Starting with initial phone call to One Of A Kind and speaking with Dale the business manager scheduling the estimate of work by Chad the business owner and master carpenter and then the work performed by the O.O.A.K. crew. Chad during the estimate visit gave us thoughts/ideas about what we wanted done and we adopted his thoughts with ours and came up with a plan. Hats off to his crew they were very professional, prompt curteous and they cleaned up after themselves!! We have had other contract work completed here in Florida that does not come close to the job well done by One Of A Kind Carpenter.”
