“Our floors in an old 1940's farmhouse were in bad shape, with rotting sub floors under contractor grade carpet that have seen their fair share of pet and kid damage. Our main living area got to the point where there were places where the carpet was literally the only thing supporting our weight over the crawlspace, so it was time to change the carpets out. Andrew was professional and responded promptly to communications before and after confirming the contract, and always seemed happy to respond to inquiries and adjusting the contract to match what we wanted, and the price was reasonable for our budget. He also recommended a supplier of flooring with a showroom in Everett that has a wide selection of flooring that the big box stores simply don't carry. The crew arrived on time on the agreed upon date, and worked efficiently to demolish, remove, and haul away the old carpets, and both install sub floors with new 3/4" ply, and add the hardwood on top. That floor isn't going to budge. We're happy with the end result, and hope to hire LUKS again when we can afford installing matching hardwood through the rest of the house.”
