“Having just moved into a new home, we were grateful to find John Moyles as our contractor. He has a knowledge about all facets of construction, and he did an impeccable job painting, removing walls, creating a laundry room with tile flooring, repairing the hardwood floor in the foyer, installing a dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, sink, as well as lights, and created a new floor to ceiling glass shower. He was willing to take on the large variety of construction projects we planned and was easy to work with. We highly recommend him for whatever home construction needs you have, and we look forward to hiring him for more upcoming work. Thanks, John!”

“Just finished our kitchen remodel and its awesome! Lea worked with us and designed a kitchen based on pictures that I showed her from the website. I just love the craftsman style and all the drawers that organize all our our pots and pans. The whole process went as smoothly as possible considering we found a slab leak in week one! She had to adjust the schedule but we only lost 1 week while we took care of the leak. Lea was great in communicating with me; we texted or emailed each other so I never had a problem reaching her. All the guys who worked in the house made sure to clean up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Lea and in fact plan on asking for her help in remodeling our bar and laundry room.”

“Honesty and integrity is the company’s Moto and that is the truth. Not only did I get real stone from them but their pricing was great. My shower came out beautiful and I got the custom pan. Every other company wanted to put a cheap fiberglass pan. Highly recommend!”

“The work done by Anderson Reconstruction is truly exceptional. I had a bathroom completely redone after a flood and expected not only for the job to take longer than it did but to also cost so much more than I actually paid. Anderson has a very hardworking crew of people and the owners are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Their decorating ideas greatly helped me make decisions. “I have worked on several projects with John Willard. His final product is always high quality. Not all custom cabinet makers stain their cabinets in a booth at their shop. This is really a nice feature for a lot of my clients. He also is not a high volume production shop. My clients like the specialized attention. I have worked with a lot of different cabinet makers, I highly recommend Willard Woodworks for mid-high end custom cabinetry work; he is professional, reliable and takes great pride in his craft.”

“Project: Renovate 1st floor of my home (Drywall, Paint, Flooring, and Kitchen Remodel). The Maintenance Department Team is by far the BEST contracting company I have ever worked with. Before having the Maintenance Department Team begin the job, I had few contractors source the work to see if they could do the job, but none of them had the knowledge and character like Rich Gardner. Rich was friendly, easy to talk to about the project, and saw the vision for what we wanted to achieve. At that point, I knew Rich could get the job done based on the answers to my questions. During the entire renovation project, Rich demonstrated superior qualities by staying customer-focus, following-through on pending items, and delivering on all tasks (which was no easy job, renovating an entire 1st floor of a home). He continued to keep us updated day-after-day, and night-after-night. It was real assuring to know that we could have a conversation with Rich during any hour of the day (all part of our experience). During our daily walk through, he even saw minor-flaws in certain areas that I did not notice, and proceeded to correct them immediately. Folks, this is an amazing quality for an individual to have, and Rich demonstrated that. Rich is very honest and is a true professional who went above and beyond to get the renovation completed in the time he estimated. I admire Rich for everything he did for me, my wife, and our home. He has great ethics, and will not try to up-sell you on any service or additions that you don’t need. He makes you feel very comfortable by trying to understand your goals, and helping you see the bigger picture. I sincerely appreciate Rich and the Maintenance Department Team for their level of service, commitment, outstanding work, and effort in making our home a great place. Thank you Rich Gardner and team. We were able to meet with a designer to hand pick each detail of our kitchen and customize not only materials but the new layout as well.
