“Brad and his team did a phenomenal job on our interior remodel. Not only was the work completed beautifully but he and his team made sure to attend to every detail no matter how small. Also, they managed to put me at ease each time I'd begin to worry. We now have a beautiful kitchen, new floors, and new paint with a beautiful open concept because of the wall they removed. I'm so thankful for my new space. Every time someone visits they stand around in awe of how beautiful it is! People constantly say "WOW~! This doesn't even look like the same house!". It's beautiful! Thanks so much!”

“We had our master bathroom completely remodeled. We went from faux marble counter tops and white 6x6 builder tiles to granite counter tops and a timeless tile on floor and throughout the bathroom. We knocked down walls and created half walls to let in more light to the shower area and finished with a frameless shower enclosure. The cabinets were builder grade white thermofoil cabinets that were starting to peel, so we went with painted white wood cabinets made here in Florida. The project could not have come out better, we are very pleased.”

“Our home was flooded during Hurricane Irma, and 40% of the house was ruined. We called Kari, and the next day she had a group out here to rip up and out all the yucky walls and carpet, and kitchen and cabinets. We were the first on the block to get the mitigation going and done, so the mold would not take root. Kari used very professional sub contractors that did a superb job of putting our house back together. The choices of tile and cabinets and flooring was high quality and enough choices. She did a good job of narrowing down matching tile and counter. In fact, I have had so many positive comments on the kitchen counter, which I love! The tile guy was an absolute artist about putting our whole kitchen wall up and blending in with an oldish beach house bathroom. Beautiful work! And I told him so! My husband grew up with his dad as a home builder, and he was/is very impressed. The budget was honored and we are extremely pleased with our newish home.”

“We recently decided it was time to remodel our master bath and kitchen. A friend recommended Realistic Remodeling, and we’re happy we took their advice. Brandon did an outstanding job with the countertop, backsplash, cabinetry, fixtures, baseboard and painting. We couldn’t be more pleased! He was respectful, honest, clean, and his work is impeccable, he doesn’t cut corners. We felt comfortable with him and his helper and had no problem leaving them alone in our home. We highly recommend Realistic Remodeling, and plan to use them again when needed!”
