“I started with a very boring and outdated kitchen with builder-grade flat panel oak cabinets and a small inefficient island. My options were to either hire a contractor to remodel my entire kitchen with new cabinets which would have been very expensive or find someone to refurbish my existing cabinets. I found Joe, the owner of Pro Refinish, by doing a Google search and then checked out his reviews on Angie’s List.
With Joe’s input, we decided to have him paint the oak cabinets a cream color with a brown glaze to give it a brighter and updated look. He also added tall crown moulding on the top and a light rail at the bottom of the cabinets and new hardware to give them an overall look of custom cabinets. The next challenge was the small and inefficient island. Joe recommended enlarging the island and staining it a contrasting dark color as an accent to the light colored cabinets. Joe is a true craftsman and the island looks amazing like custom built furniture. Overall, we are thrilled with the outstanding job Joe from Pro Refinish did in transforming our ugly kitchen into a beautiful gourmet kitchen at a fraction of the cost of buying new cabinets.”

I spoke with 2 Brothers about installing an attic ladder, replacing porch railing, re-doing bay-window framing, and a litany of other home improvements and they were able to meet my needs and cost expectations. I would reccommend them to neighbors and friends. While some of the projects are still underway, I am thoroughly impressed with their knowledge and workmanship. If you've been disappointed with past contractors that love to talk and commercialize their efforts on what they can do for your home and have failed, I urge you to give 2 Brothers Renovation a call or visit. The contractors were polite, neat and receptive to small adjustments.
Our space is limited and the suggestions of how best to improve the area were accurate.”

“Three years ago, we found Hernandez GC Services while shopping for a glass shower door for our master bathroom. Shortly afterwards we contracted with them to re-tile the shower, replace the tub, tile the floor and wall around the tub. The work the did was some of the best tile work I've ever seen and very fairly priced. So we recently contacted them again to remodel another smaller bathroom between two bedrooms. They removed an old tub, vanity and old tile floor. They created a shower in place of the tub and tiled it with a feature wall of Moroccan mosaic tile. The floor was re-tiled with a porcelain wood-look tile. The final product turned out gorgeous and we extremely pleased. Again, the price was very good. In a few days, another company that works closely with Hernandez GC Services will be installing the double sliding glass doors. The owner of this small company and his crew are very friendly and do great work. We have a third half-bath that we hope to do soon with Hernandez GC Services.”
