This past Spring 2014 they removed my old carpet in the living, family, and formal dining rooms; then installed hardwood in those rooms. They also sanded, restained and polyurethaned my present hardwood floor in the kitchen. They are extremely professional and prompt on any questions one may have. I would recommend them to anyone to do the same work I have done.”

“Hired Wellman Contracting to refinish the wood floors in the house I had just purchased. The house was built in 1956. The house was in a state of deep neglect. The floors upstairs were covered in carpet. We ripped out the carpet. Mr. Wellman's crew removed the tack strips, and old quarter round. They then sanded the floors, repaired the damage from the tack strips, and coated the wood. This was done before I moved in, so it wasn't stressful. Mr. Wellman and his staff were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, Someone did get a little bit of the polyurethane on the wall molding on the stairs. Otherwise, the job was perfect and beautiful!. It was done in a timely manner. I would definitely hire them again! Wish I had hired them to remodel my kitchen.”

“We have hired CJ and Donna Dorman to help plan and remodel our master bathroom. Our planning and selection process has nearly been completed with final details being arranged this week. Donna is cheerful, confident and wise is offering suggestions for cabinet design and layout and was helpful in selection ideas for the faucets, mirrors and lighting as well as suggestions for the "little things" like the towel racks and tp holder. She has made a trip out to the granite dealer to see our selection and then to bring a sample for us as well as possible porcelain color choices for this. CJ has been on the scene for measurements, suggestions as well as helping us identify a moisture issue elsewhere in the house... (that we hope is unrelated to this planned project!)
We had our kitchen remodel done with Dorman a few years back and we were thrilled with the outcome. When we were considering a bathroom remodel, we chose Dorman first and without seeking another estimate. The workers were professional and punctual and the project came in on time and on budget. We are confident of this outcome as well.”
