“We cannot thank Theresa enough. The compliments about our kitchen cabinets keep on coming. "You have so much storage." "I love the custom depth pantry." "The spacing could not have been done any better." We recommend her service and products anytime we can. In fact, our neighbor a block over re-did their kitchen with her. As with any major remodel we were worried about quality, look and feel of new kitchen cabinets. We have seen other people’s paint start to chip and hardware start to fail. Our family of 4, with kids ages 9 and 7, put the cabinets to the ultimate test during the 2020 stay at home/work from home pandemic orders. Success! The cabinets even continue to hold up to our sons soccer team and soccer families regular post game visits. While the cabinets are fantastic, the service by Theresa is even better. She knows everyone and anyone to get the job done. Countertops, appliances, installation, design. she has a guy or gal for that. We liked everything so much we just had her design and install a new entertainment center. Thanks Keith and Nicole”

“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”

“Just finished our kitchen remodel and its awesome! Lea worked with us and designed a kitchen based on pictures that I showed her from the website. I just love the craftsman style and all the drawers that organize all our our pots and pans. The whole process went as smoothly as possible considering we found a slab leak in week one! She had to adjust the schedule but we only lost 1 week while we took care of the leak. Lea was great in communicating with me; we texted or emailed each other so I never had a problem reaching her. All the guys who worked in the house made sure to clean up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Lea and in fact plan on asking for her help in remodeling our bar and laundry room.”

“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. Everyone I spoke with/interacted with was so friendly - this experience was a true pleasure. Thank you, Platinum”

I had a bathroom completely redone after a flood and expected not only for the job to take longer than it did but to also cost so much more than I actually paid. “My wife and I were looking to remodel our kitchen and remove a wall to open it into the living room. We were very nervous about being on a fixed budget and so we contacted many contractors. Specialty Remodeling’s founder, Leo, came personally and gave us by far the best presentation out of the 10 contractors we interviewed. We almost immediately knew we would choose him although we completed every other contractor interview. What makes Leo different is his genuine love for the work and his confidence and willingness to be up front, provide 3D renderings for free almost immediately after meeting and under-promising but over-delivering. Throughout the process of construction, work basically never stopped. Weekdays, weekends, he completed the job in under 2 weeks when every other contractor was saying a 3 week job would basically be a miracle and 6 weeks was the expectation. Leo is dependable, honest and just has a good energy we did not get from any of the other contractors. In particular, to honor the agreement we had made about being on a fixed budget, Leo did a full half day’s work that he did not charge us for because that had not been part of the original deal we shook on. I think that right there speaks to the quality of the man and the company that he runs. Our lives are forever changed by Leo, he walked us through the stress of a significant financial decision and left us with something truly beautiful.”

“We hired Kevin and the Woodwork Solutions team to help us design and build a custom wall built-in surrounding our fireplace, and it turned out amazing! Not only is their work top quality, but Kevin was extra helpful in suggesting Design based enhancements that would perfectly compliment other rooms in our house. We would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely work with Woodwork Solutions again for future projects!”

“A rare hem. Remodels and upgrades to a house can be so stressful that usually we put it off but that feeling completely changed when we found Modern Creation. We found a small business(confident they won’t be small for long) that takes great pride in their work and they finish in a timely manner. They were so detailed with their questions and offered options in the beginning of the job that I felt comfortable every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves when they ended each day and were conscious that I had little kids and a dog in the house( tools, nails, sharp objects were never left out and days without a stove were left to a minimum). We love that we had access to Amir whenever we had a question and his attention to detail is very comforting. He notices everything from a drawer not being aligned right to making sure our slabs all “line matched” all the way to the inside edge of the the cabinet. Honestly, I don’t know if I would have noticed but my guests sure did. It’s been a couple of weeks since the job is done and we have zero complaints and only compliments for a job well done. Now my husband is addicted to getting more work done in the house. So far we have had our patio cover done outside(the job that started it all), our new bar addition(we wanted it to match our existing kitchen), backsplash and counter in the kitchen and pantry done. All of the areas Modern Creation has touched has become our favorite spots in the house. We look forward to our next upgrade in the house done by Modern Creation.”

They built our dream kitchen and the Phill Vonk and his staff were involved every step of the way. They were on time, followed through with everything the said they would and best of all their work is amazing!”
