They finished the project in the time they promised (major bonus!). If we had questions they took the time to make sure we were satisfied. Ryan was always available to answer our questions and hear our suggestions (and, believe me, we are very particular with our home!). She was instrumental in helping me with design ideas and she was very knowledgable, making suggestions that I would not have considered. Although the cabinet maker decided it was not warranty, Amanda worked with me and was able to provide a replacement door for me at no charge. Not that I would expect the free replacement but her willingness to provide stellar customer support long after the project was complete speaks volumes. I'm very thankful I was able to work with Amanda!”
