Their employees were extremely polite and cleaned up very well. When we bought our current home (2009), we asked them to do an inspection on its roof, and they told us honestly it was in fine shape and didn't need work. Because of their honesty, we recommended them to neighbors on both sides who have also hired them.

“I appreciated all the time Brian, the owner of Miracle Contractors LLC, took with me to help with ideas and suggestions to make a lot of improvements needed to my old home (over 100 years old)! His crew replaced the siding, gave me a new roof, gutters, gutter guard, downspouts, plus tore down & built a new deck across the entire back of the house and installed 2 new sliding doors to go out to the deck. They did such great quality work that I had them come back to install new kitchen & bath flooring tiles and build a new large 16' x 24' shed which we love so much cause we now have better storage space! I would definitely use them again for any work needed on my home because they are extremely knowledgeable, have fair prices and his teams were great to work with. Felt like they became part of our family!”

“I employed Louren Reddick and colleagues as general contractor on a 1000 sq ft gut renovation of an apartment, including a full kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. having lived in the results for two and a half years, i continue to marvel at the extraordinarily high build quality. friends including another builder (who didn't want the job because he didn't think he could meet my ridiculously high standards) and his architectural photographer wife have told me that the place is unusually good.
these guys are the most creative problem solvers i've ever encountered (and this is the third home I've rehab'd in 20 years). their in-house architect, miracle-working wood shop, and relationships with strong subcontractors all contributed to results that exceeded my very high expectations. and they worked for nearly a year – demolition through completion – in a 120 unit building without a service entrance, without making life miserable for my neighbors.”

“We hired Ellene to draw a plan for our home renovation, which involved enlarging our kitchen, enclosing a sunroom, and reconfiguring an existing den. While other neighbors with the same model house had done projects to expand their kitchens, we wanted to use the combined space to get an additional bedroom, small bathroom, and larger kitchen while at the same time only reducing the den slightly.
After taking measurements, Ellene spent hours discussing with us how we could best use the space to meet our needs. She asked detailed questions to make sure we would have adequate storage, that the kitchen would conveniently accommodate appliances large and small, and that the new layout would work for our busy family. She was a valuable resource as we made decisions about types of appliances, pantry design, and much more.
Five years after the renovation was completed, I can say the money we paid Ellene (just a tiny percentage of the total project!) was money very well spent. We are thrilled with the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and den, and at no point have I said "I wish I would have done X, Y, or Z differently."
I have gotten Ellene's input on other home improvements since then, and she always adds a valuable perspective and is a pleasure to work with.”
