“Innovative was fantastic! They were the second lowest bid I received (I got four), they accommodated a tight schedule, and they painted the entire townhouse with NO mistakes, I mean none. They were efficient, did a great job -- very attentive to details, left nothing behind, very clean, didn't scuff my floors. They were really first rate and stuck to the estimate. I could not be happier with the job they did and just love my new townhouse. I highly recommend them.”

“We chose Fairfax Kitchen Bath because they are a "one stop shop". You will also benefit from a company that puts the customer first. They will do whatever necessary to make your project a reality and to meet your expectations. They handle the design, project management, inspections, and all the labor for the projects. Their design gave us a great-looking kitchen, more storage, and more natural light. The project moved very smoothly and everything happened just as they said it would. Justin was our our project lead. He's completely reliable and a professional. Cabinets for our kitchen project were made by Schrock Cabinetry, tiles are from Best Tile.”

“After a tedious search for a company I could trust to meet my remodeling and budget requirements, I finally came across Cornerstone Remodeling. I was very impressed by the representative who explained in detail how they could accomplish the job on schedule and keep me at or under my budget. My remodeling requirements were quite extensive. I needed an addition to my home which included two new bedrooms and a custom tiled bathroom. They were extremely professional, always showed up on time and performed way beyond my expectations without delays. The work performed was top notch and came in under budget without the need to compromise my expectations. I would highly recommend this company regardless of the size of work needed”

“We were looking for a remodeling company that could remodel our 1980's kitchen. We browsed the internet for the renovating company and also took suggestions from our friends. After an extensive discussion with others and hours of searching, we finally decided to go place our bet on WellCraft Kitchens, inc. Initially, we were very nervous, wondering whether or not we made the right decision, but the designer Ali and his staff soon made all our doubts dissipate with their excellent service. They brought our dream design to life with their brilliant creativity and constant hard work. They helped us pick out the right kind of kitchen cabinets, quartz countertop, backsplash, and accessories. The entire kitchen harmonized well with the interior of my house which is what we wanted the most. My family, friends and even all of my relatives have loved the final result. Thanks so much, you guys! We will be back for bathroom project soon.”

“We've built a new house recently and we've worked with Gina on six bathrooms, kitchen, bar and the outside cabana kitchen area. She was very professional, creative, knowledgeable, responsive and pleased to work with. From the planning stage through completion she seemed to take what could have been an otherwise overwhelming project and guided us through the process resulting in beautiful rooms. Another aspect that was very important to us was communication, which was right on. There wasn't a time that we did not hear back from her within a couple of hours. That is something to be valued and gave us peace of mind. We're very glad that we had a chance to work with her and strongly recommend her to anybody.”

“After consulting with three separate general contractors, we chose to work with the team at Advice Homes because they were able to relate to my wife and I unlike the other two contractors. From the first meeting Chris was friendly and did not give any high pressure sales approaches that we despise. We had a pretty good idea of what our vision was for our kitchen renovation. The design team took some pictures we gave them of various projects we found online and incorporated them into our own thoughts. We could not imagine that they could fit those ideas into a real life design the way they did. The construction of a kitchen is stressful if you like to cook daily. The laborers that worked on the kitchen were very mindful and understanding of our concerns for the continued use of our kitchen. Chris outlined days that we would be without the use of our stove, sink and prep area. This made it easy for us to plan. My wife found this easy and relieved her stress. Naturally this made me happy and I was thankful for the planning and heads up. The communication throughout the project was key to the overall success we felt with choosing this company. The overall project was finished in a reasonable time. There were some delays for a few furnishings but this was foreseen by Chris and we understood given the origin of the products. The quality was checked over in detail by the foreman and finally by Chris. To say that what was shown in drawings and renderings is an understatement. Everything came together and we were elated to have the finish product exactly what we desired.”

“Me and my wife did upgrade into our bathroom, we had great experience with the team and the team leaders. Starting off with design consultation, selections, to project start and end of the project. They were very professionally skilled, communicative, getting us updates on daily basis. They finished out full bathroom in less than 3 weeks. We have been using it for the past 3 months, very pleased. And highly recommend Moda Kitchen and Bath! Archie V. Wolfie”
