“Groundworks studio has provided landscape architecture design for my home over the last 4 years with the most recent consultation in 12/12. In addition to design, groundworks studio worked with me to select contractors and to supervise installation. It has been a perfect relationship with beautiful design work, collaboration, professionalism and great attention to detail. goundworks was very willing to work with me on an overall plan which was implemented in phases. I have been particularly delighted with the use of native plants. The use of a rain garden in my back yard has completely solved all of my drainage problems while adding a beautiful element to my landscape. The project began with a new driveway and courtyard including hardscape and plantings that provided the "bones" of my new garden. We then came back to landscape my front yard and a side yard. This was a large project over a long time frame, and the quality and professionalism has never wavered. It has been an absolute joy to work with groundworks and I recommend them without reservation.”

“Solow Design Group served as landscape architect and project manager for our landscape and hardscape in a new home construction on a dreadful lot with water flow issues. We could not be more pleased with our experience. Plant selection and placement was excellent, and Solow Design Group honored our request to use as many indigenous plants as possible. The result is absolutely beautiful - a lush, low maintenance yard that is fully integrated with the native environment. We loved the written design plan so much that we framed it and now proudly hang it in our home. We recommend Solow Design Group without reservation.”

“I contacted David about an outdoor kitchen/patio that I was considering building. I had some ideas of my own but David brought me computer drawings of what his ideas were for my project. A picture certainly is worth a thousand words! This was extremely helpful for us a gave us a level of confidence in David's abilities. David took the job turn key which included removing existing sidewalk and 2 small planted areas that had irrigation. David's team expanded that area and built a stone patio with custom built area which he mounted a built in grill. David handled the irrigation, electrical and natural gas line installation. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product. We live in a time where we need to be very cautious about who we invite to our homes to work. I have found David and his crew to be be very courteous and trustworthy. David is a family man of high character/values and I highly recommend him for your project.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Curtis on a backyard project that I had envisioned for an outdoor kitchen and connecting treehouse for my grandchildren. However, my reservations were that my backyard was not spacious enough and that the additions would be crowded and not up to my expectations. Curtis came out and flew a drone, took overhead photos and then created a wonderful design that showed me proportionate relationships and how it would look. The drawings were detailed and he was so willing to make any changes that I wished. He was so creative and a pleasure to work with. The end result was beyond my expectations and I attribute it to Curtis. He is a creative, energetic, dependable well-educated , young Christian man. I would highly recommend him to anyone with no reservations. Jack Evans, MD”
