They added a fiberglass in the ground pool with a massive three tier waterfall, an awesome outdoor kitchen, pavers, cultured stone and amazing plantings. Joe, Justin and the crew were all great to work with, they came up with innovative solutions to problems that arose and always left the job site clean and safe. “Robert Khazzam designed our rooftop garden in early 2014, and the installation was completed in fall of 2014. He did an amazing job and my wife and i have been absolutely thrilled with the result. We came to Robert with only some preliminary ideas of what we wanted out of the garden. He developed a beautiful design that absolutely transformed the rooftop. The design made great use of the existing space, using curved plant beds to separate the space into two different areas, but keeping a flowing, open feel to the entire roof. He was very receptive to our thoughts and suggestions as the design progressed, but added a number of features that we hadn't thought of and integrated all of these features into a unified design with a polished, professional look. Robert had a very deep knowledge of the plants that were included in the garden. He included plants that worked very well for the climate and location, and as a result the plants have absolutely thrived. He intentionally included different layers of plants that bloom at various times from the spring to fall, so we've been fascinated to see the garden constantly change as the seasons evolve. He also had a thorough understanding of the requirements for installing the garden, so that the installation went very smoothly and the finished garden matched the design perfectly. My wife and I had looked at options for finishing our roof for years, and we have often commented that we never thought it would turn out as well as it did. I would highly recommend Robert for designing a garden or outdoor space, and we're very grateful for the work he did for us.”

“Little Miracle designs does its name justice. They transformed my dark and unattractive yard into an amazingly beautiful space that has added a new room to my brownstone. A true miracle. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this company. They work with you closely, they listened to what you want and then they dazzle you with ideas. And this allows every single one of their projects to be unique. They adapt to your aesthetics, but provide you with guidance and options given their vast experience in working with small, and not so small, exterior designs projects in the Tri State NY area. The outcome is truly better than what you expected. The execution is fantastic. They are very detailed oriented and perfectionists. They know how to solve problems fast and in a cost effective way. When we first contacted Little Miracle Designs we had a very small project in mind. But when we sat down with Sasha, their CEO, who by the way gives personalized attention to all of his projects, we knew that we have found the right person to commit to a complete renovation of our yard. Today, we can say we were absolutely right. There is no one out there that can do what Little Miracle Designs does. As a result, we have not only gained a beautiful yard, but truly another room to our house that has increased the value of our property by more than the cost of the project.”

“Hired Perennial Landscaping for some design and landscape work. They were very professional, courteous and did excellent work for a reasonable cost. I actually had them do more work then originally intended to do being work looked so good and I feel added value to my home and property. They did plantings and hardscape with design that was computer driven with pictures of area before hand and I was able to see what it would look like before work was ok'd ! Cant be happier and it looks great ! Very easy to work with and I am waiting for warmer weather to have them back to do some stonework and more landscaping.”
