“Several months ago my husband and I bought a home in Napa, CA. It was an upgrade from our previous house and we were in desperate need of some furniture to fill out the extra space. After some research, and a bit of luck, I stumbled upon Ruby Living Design. After contacting Dee Dee Littrell, the owner, she agreed to come out to our house to survey it in order to create some design options. The first room that we did was our family room. She worked well within the confines of space and taste in order to create a great design. After this, we worked with the team at Ruby to furnish our dining room, master bed room, part of a formal living room, as well as some odds and ends throughout the house. They never pushed any product on us but offered suggestions to help design a unique look that fell within our budget. In addition to these services, they delivered a runner rug to our home in order to see if it fit our entryway. The reason I mention this is because they went out of their way to search for this rug as it isn't something they carry at their store. This is just one example of them going the extra step to make sure your house looks great. They also worked with us on some items when we decided that we didn't like them as much upon receiving as we did upon ordering.
