Having purchased a more inferior bed from another company, for just a little less, and having to subsequently send this back due to the poor quality of the finish, I have been pleasantly surprised at the level of finish of the wood and the slats and the ease with which we could put it together, it was clearly marked with numbers to match up and connect. I felt we worked as a partnership, any hiccups were quickly and easily resolved. The quality of our new kitchen exceeded my expectations and Chris and his team did a fabulous job installing it, their attention to detail was impressive.
