“The product at Home Element is stream-lined, modern and elegant! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in meeting client needs. While the product is beautifully crafted and on the higher end, the price points are not totally outrageous. There is a range which makes it more feasible for many people. Smithe entertains the individual desire of each client and you feel that the moment you walk in the door. The customization of my pieces with the many fabric options was so important to me, and I could not be happier with the end result. The professionalism, follow up, and pricing could not be beat. PS - several years after my purchase, I had wondered if companies really stand by their warranty. My heavily used couch was starting to show some sagging. A simple phone call, and my couch was back to almost new. I could not be more impressed.”
