“Zaid at RugMethod provided great customer service, answering questions about my order in a timely way. I loved the rug, but decided it was too big for the space I had in mind. Zaid sent instructions for returning it and even waived the restocking fee as a courtesy. That made me feel a lot better about my order, because the possibility of that fee had felt like a penalty.”

I browsed through the many rooms of furniture and accessories to get a feel for what I might want to do. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She spent time showing me pictures of the her previous work and it really helped me visualize what I could do. She asked me to describe my thoughts and then made some very helpful suggestions. Because of her professionalism and her ability to understand exactly what my vision is, I have decided to begin my project.”

“They are experts at what they do. We started with a complete makeover of our bedroom. They achieved the serene look that we wanted. We were so impressed that we also made over our family room. The custom curtains are so fabulous and everyone compliments how comfortable our sectional is. We have kids and a dog and they used fabrics that were so durable and gorgeous. Highly recommend!”
