I'd sent an email to the generic "Sales" department before our trip, and was assigned to Barbara by the luck of the draw - and what good luck it was!! I spoke with her a couple of times before our trip so that she knew what we were looking for, and she was completely prepared for us upon arrival. She was friendly, attentive, responsive...but yet knew when to give us a little space and let us explore on our own. She gave us design advice, but wasn't at all pushy. I really can't say enough great things about her, I will most definitely enlist her help when we're in the market for our next piece(s), and would absolutely recommend her to anyone!”

“We purchased our Rowe sectional (the Martin) almost two years ago and it's by far the best sofa I've ever purchased. The tight back style helps it always look polished instead of rumpled (like my past slipcover style sofas). I also love that we could customize the pieces, layout and fabric. We chose sunbrella taupe because we have little kids. Stains come out pretty easily (I recommend wetting the entire cushion to reduce water marks). I've cleaned up applesauce and yogurt this week and it's still looking good. Comfy yet firm. I seriously love this couch and was just browsing their website looking to upgrade the old sectional we have in our basement. Highly recommend this brand--especially with sunbrella fabric!”

“Very helpful staff. A certified decorator is available to help with planning and design from the smallest of projects to large scale installations. I purchased end tables that were only available to the trade from this store. Mary Jean, the designer helped me find the right weight and style for my contemporary home, even though much of what they stock is traditional. She came to my home and measured my couch and help me with the scale of my choice. She has an incredible style and understands my needs based on my design choice. She did not try to sell me stuff that was stocked in house, just to get a quick sale. I am looking forward to working with her on recovering some current pieces I have. i am looking forward to her input for over all color, when I decide to paint my interior again. If you read magazines like archiectual digest and wonder where in Roanoke those items could ever be available, find your way to Halifax. The right well planned choices, will save you money, in the long run.”
