She has outstanding taste in furnishings, all which she houses in her very own large warehouse, and most pieces are of high-end/designer quality. Ilona is very hard-working, she puts in extremely long hours/days. What I like most about her is that she's always so accommodating, personable, responsible and trustworthy. She's very organized, again has a beautiful inventory of unique pieces that can't be found in the big rental companies out there. Smithe entertains the individual desire of each client and you feel that the moment you walk in the door. The customization of my pieces with the many fabric options was so important to me, and I could not be happier with the end result. The professionalism, follow up, and pricing could not be beat. PS - several years after my purchase, I had wondered if companies really stand by their warranty. My heavily used couch was starting to show some sagging. A simple phone call, and my couch was back to almost new. I could not be more impressed.”
