“Well, let me just say that Michelle Lasky-Nielsen is the most outstanding designer; quick, efficient, has a wealth of knowledge and has an excellent design sense. I moved into my new apartment and vowed I would only bring in furniture that I loved. And, believe me, everything Michelle helped me select, I LOVE! Their delivery was superb. “I have been an extremely satisfied , returning customer of Arte Fina for more than 15 years. Every piece of furniture in my home has either been created for our home, or has been purchased directly off the showroom floor from Arte Fina. I have referred many friends and family to Arte and each one of them has been 100% satisfied with the craftsmanship, quality, and design of the items they selected. Tim, the proprietor, is a friendly, talented designer who can tailer make anything under the sun, in any style. Lynn, the interior designer, is currently helping me out on a new project. “Sofa Interiors facilities and resources are extensive. They deliver quality workmanship and service whether it's recovering a set of dining chairs or an extensive project for a corporate client like nearby Disney. I am an extremely difficult, fastidious customer, a retired art director. I know my design and know what I want. For a baby's nursery, I wanted the best possible, detailed work for the lowest price. Scott, the owner of Sofa Interiors, showed patience and knowledge of his craft as he answered all my questions, using the upholstery material I brought to him. He took a family heirloom 1910 bedroom chair, repaired the springs, retied them. He convinced me that I did need a foam back and seat, even though I was afraid that he wouldn't cut the foam to resemble the fit of old time "stuffing". He was careful to keep the old studs intact, replace some missing hardware and to refinish the wood exactly to the color I described. Although I didn't have a color swatch for the paint, he provided a white with slight blue tint that I wanted. He re-finished a 1950's dresser in the same paint, repairing the drawers. He brought in both pieces completed under a ten day deadline. The pieces are beautiful, unusual and the focal point of a modern nursery. I am deeply indebted to Scot for being an artist, as well as an artisan.”

“You have to see this store to believe the incredible selection of the finest imported products from around the globe, including India, Africa, and Afghanistan, to name just a few. The owner Deepali has created a brand new showroom with an abundance of furniture pieces, textiles, and accessories for many different interior styles. There is ample parking and a customer friendly staff to help with all your needs, including measurements, pricing, and photographs. She truly has some of the most unique pieces that I have used on many projects, including many one of a kind pieces. Deepali has a great business sense and stays on the cutting edge of all things related to interior design which reflects in her product offering. De-Cor is a treasured design source in the Pasadena area, but is worth the drive if you live in surrounding areas. De-Cor has also been known to ship their products to suit client requests. Don't miss this great shopping experience!”
