I appreciated that when I needed additional help, outside of the scope of his general responsibilities, he always had a contact to come help me, at a reasonable cost. He painted our entire house, fixed some drywall damage in our bathrooms, replaced bathroom fixtures and repaired some shower tiling. His work and the work of his employees were great! We were thoroughly impressed and highly recommend this company. We were able to sell our home in 7 days and plan on using Des Solutionz for handy work in our next home!”

“I searched houzz to find a design oriented contractor to design/install coffers and trim in the first floor great room and kitchen area as well as install replacement spindles (replace wood w/ metal). Following meeting with four providers and getting estimates, ended up working with Roger/Mitre Contracting. We have absolutely no regrets and can not be happier with the work. The work was completed exactly per the time frame, design and estimate. In fact another small space was added to the end of the job which he just included into the initial estimate! I have never heard of a contractor doing that.
The quality of the work was verified by a painting crew that followed, which included several carpenters. In fact, the head of the painting crew and Mitre exchanged information for future referrals.
I just hope Roger/Mitre do not get too busy so he/they can return to complete follow-up work.”

The owner, Andrew was fantastic in giving us the pro's and con's of some of our initial ideas. he directed us to some great cabinet and counter people who were very helpful. There was no pressure at all. Unlike some horror stories that you here of, where a group of workers come in and slap stuff together, Andrew, a true craftsman, did all the work himself, except electrical and setting the counter top. We could not be more happy in choosing Hammer Crafted LLC to do the renovation.”

Nancy, the scheduler, was easy to work with and very patient with my endless questions. Jesus, the technician, was highly skilled, responsive, and very personable. He even showed up early. All the work was done professionally for a fair price. I would not hesitate to rehire.
