“We hired Eric at Nelson Custom Builders, to finish our unfinished basement. Approximately 1100 sq ft. While their proposal was not the least expensive, the quality from day one is truly remarkable. If the change does not cost more he does not charge you, if there are changes, he is fair and does not have a set price for moving those or adding that.
