“Luna Park Construction (LPC) was easy to work with all throughout our project. Overall, we added 900 sq feet to our house - 450 sq feet to the basement and a new primary suite above that.
Aaron and his crew did all inside and outside framing, preparing the roof for shingles and completing the roofing. They also installed all windows, doors and sided the entire addition. One of the challenges we had was that the concrete companies went on strike for about a month and Aaron was able to work around that by adjusting his schedule to get our project back on track.
We were very happy with the quality of the work that LPC did and would use them again without hesitation.”

“After my wood floors were installed, I didn't want to go with the same contractor for the wood trim. My painter recommended a general contractor that he often works with that excels at wood trim. Time was of the essence, because the floors were done and the painting was to begin. Josu, of B.M.I Contracting, had a cancelation from his schedule and was able to jump in and provide the trim for our 2200 SF house. Given COVID, trim supply was short for wood trim. Josu went to 3 sources to track down enough of the same trim for us.
Josu worked steadfastly and efficiently to install the trim and the results are great! He excelled at communication of pros and cons of choices, shared appropriate details and status. This communication and care for quality resulted in our trust and appreciation. We will be hiring Josu again and already have some projects in the queue. We recommend Josu, of B.M.I Contracting, as a general contractor and trim specialist.”

“Rob is a completely professional, competent, and skillful carpenter. Rob has done many projects for us in the past and we have always been impressed with his ability to complete a project exactly within the time frame he has quoted along with keeping his price very reasonable. After receiving a ridiculously high estimate from our local Hardware store to install a new dining room window, we turned to Rob, knowing his work was excellent.
We could not have been happier with how our window turned out. It was installed and completed with finished trim exactly within the time frame he had allowed.

“Dave Mills and his team at C & D Remodeling gave my kitchen the make over it needed! He turned my ugly, old, laminate countertops into a functional work of art by adding a granite textured concrete overlay. He did it by brushing on (2) layers of lighweight concrete, then accented it with a color pattern to resemble natural granite. He then finished up by adding a two part crystal clear (food grade) rock hard epoxy to seal it all in. There was no need to rip out my countertops and install heavy / expensive granite when I could have the look and feel for a fraction of the price. Dave and his team delivered just as they promised, on time and affordable.”

“With two projects completed, a kitchen cabinetry remodel (part of a complete remodel) and a bedroom to a home office conversion, we decided to have Nielson Finish Carpentry do another project for us. This time it was a TV Entertainment center. Not liking a TV hanging on the wall or the look and consntruction of the meny entertainment cabinets we decided on a style that fit a large area, accommodate a 60" TV, hold serveral entertaimment componets all with a clean and simple style. A design and functionality were agreed upon. The cabinet is one piece and eleven feet in length. Special tempered glass was installed on the doors for safety and is was friendly to infrared remote controls. Back lighting was added later which makes the cabinet stand out even more. Having a cabinet made this way allows for having the TV were you want it and house componets as needed. We were very pleased with the result and have received many compliments on it.”
