“Katti did the interior design work for my last home as well as my current home and she is a delight to work with! Both homes were quite different and she managed to make them both look gorgeous. She listens well and is able to execute a finished result that reflects the preferences and needs of her clients, including being respectful of budgets. She is a goldmine of creative ideas and great resources for achieving the desired result. I get so many complements on my interiors thanks to Katti!”

“I told Don that I wanted a Murphy bed installed in our home office. Don came out, measured the space and fit in a side drawer and two shelves with the Murphy bed. Everything arrived on installation day and went in beautifully. Now our office is clean and such an efficient use of space. I highly recommend Closet Company!”

“I heard about Northeast Factory Direct, but had my doubts that I would find the same high quality, nice furniture that I have always bought at big retail stores at a warehouse and for about half the price. So, I went to the location on West 140th Street in Cleveland and it's true. Sure the merchandise is displayed differently - in rows and rows, rather than in beautifully staged "rooms" - and it's not that nice of a space, but I saw many of the same pieces of furniture that I saw at some big, well-known furniture stores - but the price at Northeast was seriously half of what they were charging for it at the big retail stores. Keep in mind, this was high quality furniture - NOT scratch and dent or off-the-floor. What a find! I can't believe I've spent as much money on furniture at other stores when I could've been getting pieces that are as nice, if not nicer for half. On top of everything, the people there are so great. Nobody stalks you or follows you around the store trying to sell you anything. They ask if they can help and they let you go until you're ready for them - and then they totally take care of you. Northeast Factory Direct is the best - you'd be foolish to go anywhere else for furniture!”

“Alex did an amazing job on our white oak master bath vanity. It’s absolutely beautiful! We did have an issue with the finish a few months after installation but Alex came right back out and made it right. Very lucky and grateful to have found Lane 17!”

Also, the installer, Rick did an outstanding job on the actual installation The level of professionalism and service by Lyndhurst Lumber far surpassed what I have received from "big box stores"”
