His first suggestions required very little tweaking so it was clear he had paid attention to what I had said. There was excellent communication throughout and although I had originally specified the work to start in spring, Chris was able to bring it forward at my request. Chris and Patrick were a pleasure to have in the flat, diligent in cleaning up after themselves, and happy to be supervised by a nosy cat.
