“I have now used Jarda mulitple times and he has provided me with fantastic tiles and bathroom suites. He originally provided me with tiles for a house refurbishment over 2 years ago and I was extremely pleased with his overall service that I have not used anywhere else since. He has now assisted me with 4 residential refurbishments and provided me with stunning tiles for my office refurb. Jarda suggested a few tiles for my office as I was unsure of which tile would be professional and classy. Since installing them, every client that visits our office comments on how stunning they look. As I am an estate agent I have many landlords that request suppliers for refurbishment jobs and I would never recommend anyone that I did not trust 100%. I always recommend Jarda @ Letta as he has been able to provide better value items which offer good quality and a service to assist with building works. None of my landlords have ever complained!”

“When does something as practical as a bit of storage evolve not just into a piece of furniture but into our very own unique work of art. This was the process we went through with Jake. The amount of time and care he took in ensuring everything was spot on was admirable. It took a while to appreciate that it wasn’t just about building something practical but that it was to be “designed” and this is where Jake really excelled. If I’m honest, we were slightly overwhelmed by the options but in the end we left a number of decisions up to him to make in the knowledge that we knew it would look fantastic. From a brushed steel finger gap around the cupboard doors to staining the oak worktops with the same oil as our oak floor, the end result is striking whilst thankfully being as practical as we need it!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Neatsmith from start to finish once choosing my bespoke wardrobe.
I went to the showroom in London, which is quite big and gives an idea of the products they make. The staff members were very friendly and particularly helpful. The lady was taking care of my order by providing various options and discussing it with me. We had to change the sketch several times and she was always happy to do that and to great standards. The wardrobe was made without any delays as promised.
The lady from the office was very helpful in setting the fitting time and answering any queries I had. She also did a brilliant job in organising the fitting day, which took one day and I am very pleased about it.
The fitter came on time and took care of covering the flat from dust and making sure that everything is protected. He worked long that day and did a brilliant job. The wardrobes finish was perfect, every detail and corner was finished thoroughly. He cleaned everything before he left and it seemed that the wardrobe was always there.
I would definitely recommend Neatsmith as their customer service is excellent, communication with the customer is exceptionally efficient and quick and each of the employees was willing to go the extra mile to make the wardrobe I will be happy with.
