“I contemplated doing the work myself to save money but decided to leave it up to the professionals and I am very happy I did. There is no way I could have made the floor look half as good as they turned out. Robert with Hardwood Creations came and gave me a quote the day after I called. When I was ready for the work they got over there on very short notice and worked to complete the job in a timely manner and it looked great. With the shape the floors were in and the work I did myself, I was worried about how the floors would turn out. I was very pleased with the outcome and now the floors are the first thing people notice and comment on when they walk in the door.”

“Did a great job with our 2,000 sf flooring job. The vinyl plank looks great. They gave a discount as well as tossed in free delivery and minor leveling work. The installers did the job in three days. When I had questions about the quality of work, they took the time to come and see and then explain everything in person. Definitely recommend them.”

“Floor Houston did an amazing job with helping me select the perfect carpet for my father’s house, by giving us several options to work with. Installation was very professionall and within deadline. We chose a beautiful floor for his dining room and I am thrilled with the look and feel of the floor. Great communication and great business ethics. “Installed prefab hardwood upstairs and stained stairs to match. It is beautiful. A few months later we refinished 25 year old engineered hardwood, removed some tile and installed new hardwood with custom stain. Another company to us the old hardwood was too thin to refinish, yet Floors Etc was able to do a great job. The old and new floors match perfectly and are lined up seamlessly. They worked quickly and are very professional. I was able to reach them any time I had a question. After work was completed, I noticed a spot that was missed and they came back out immediately to fix it.”

“Reinel and his team are the best and very professional. His team is friendly efficient and easy to work with. They discovered a major issue with the hardwood floors when repairing from freeze damage. The service provided by John Baddour at this establishment was unique: patient, competent, and thorough.
