“Did a great job with our 2,000 sf flooring job. The vinyl plank looks great. They gave a discount as well as tossed in free delivery and minor leveling work. The installers did the job in three days. When I had questions about the quality of work, they took the time to come and see and then explain everything in person. Definitely recommend them.”

“Installed prefab hardwood upstairs and stained stairs to match. It is beautiful. A few months later we refinished 25 year old engineered hardwood, removed some tile and installed new hardwood with custom stain. Another company to us the old hardwood was too thin to refinish, yet Floors Etc was able to do a great job. The old and new floors match perfectly and are lined up seamlessly. They worked quickly and are very professional. I was able to reach them any time I had a question. After work was completed, I noticed a spot that was missed and they came back out immediately to fix it.”

“Flaherty's installed laminate flooring in our foyer, dining room, living room, kitchen, and hallway; and tile in three bathrooms and the utility room. Brenda and Dave with Flaherty's were great in every way, from helping with the initial in-home consultation, area measuring, and their help with deciding on flooring type and colors, to the end-of-project follow-up. The plan went perfectly, and the installers were always very courteous, professional, prompt, and stuck to the schedule.”

“I hired Joe Hatdwood Floors to completely redo my hardwood floors in my new build Craftsman bungalow in the Houston Heights area - the builder had stained them black, which just doesn't work in Houston. Extremely well-organized operation, responds to phone and email questions, stuck to their word and timeline, cleaned up the mess, and the end result was spectacular. Ossie was the foreman on the job and was very personable, team was efficient and friendly, and Ossie even came over for a "post-op" visit when we had questions after the fact. I highly recommend Joe Hardwood Floors.”

“Hieu Tran and Jolie always give me 100% great customer service and are very patient with me and my clients. They do a great job from start to finish. They do not take short cuts when it comes to the type of job they do. I have used them for tile, wood floors, and luxury vinyl installs. “I recently had my floors done by Jose and when I tell you he was very professional and listen to what I was looking for in a cleaning service he delivered and went above in beyond to make sure my wife and I were happy. When he started the contractors had left all types of scarf marks and grout on my marble floors. But Jose promised he could delivered a bright shine and great clean with excellent customer service he did just that. My wife was so happy when she return home. Happy Wife Happy Life.
