We brought in Moises and he immediately set out a plan to correct the previous debacle and provide us exactly the look we wanted. He was familiar with the products we had researched, and his crew was trained and certified to handle the complex application. What a difference! Moises and his crew were complete professionals, extremely tidy, and took incredible pride in their work. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the floors. Even after they had applied the stain and finish we agreed upon, when the color of the floors on the first floor (original wood) to the stairs and floor upstairs (new wood) - caused by the variance in the wood installed by our main contractor and nothing that could have been prevented by AZ Hardwood - they were willing to experiment with another mix of colors to get them to match.
