Sand, stain, and poly. Job took longer than any of us expected, but he didn't rush or cut any corners. He explained the unforeseen issues, and took care of them. From the minute I stepped into the store, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeble staff that went out of their way to get me exactly what I wanted. The depth of knowledge that Diane has about the different types of flooring is astounding. She helped me weigh my options and choose the materials that were best suited for my needs. The estimator came to my house, was in and out quickly and was able to make suggestions to make the installation as simple as possible. The installers were prompt and professional and I am so trilled with my new floors. They are showstopping and I cannot wait to come back when I am ready to renovate my bathroom.”
