“We had windows installed. The crew was fast and efficient. Their work was excellent. The solar windows really cut down on the heat build up in our house. My only complaint was with the clean up, I felt they could have done a little bit better. I had a flat tire from a left over nail. I bought a large magnet and "swept" our driveway and yard afterwards and collected a pound of metal screws, nails and debris.”

“I highly recommend Mascon as a roofing company you can trust and rely on. My roof needed to be replaced after a wind and hail storm in 2013. The crew was respectful and very professional. I have children and am very selective of who I allow into my home. The crew meet the budget that was estimated and was able to complete the job faster than expected. It is such a wonderful surprise to work with a company that is able to meet the standards and expectations given when estimating the job. I was very impressed with the crews knowledge and attention to details that others might not see as important. The crew not only gave me a great dependable roof but they left my yard completely clean. “Recently had a roof replacement. NewRuf helped me work with the insurance company for the best outcome. The work was done quickly and professionally. Spencer was the person I worked with, he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and really cared about taking care of me. Also, I noticed what I thought was an issue with the new roof. They educated me on it, and are going to completely take care of it. This is great customer service, they went above and beyond on a few occasions! “Paul Kraft (owner EuroCraft Exteriors) worked with us replacing our hail-damaged roof. He gave sound advice, was extremely professional and knowledgeable in his field, and gave much better vfm than competitive quotes. Not only that, but he helped us negotiate our (turned out) lengthy and complicated insurance claim process. He even gave up time to meet with the insurance adjuster on site to ensure nothing was missed in the inspection process. His team of installers were professional and fast. We have a far better roof than was originally installed on the house, and have made improvements to rain run-off. This was a great working experience with EuroCraft Exteriors and I would not hesitate to use Paul and his crew again. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I understood what exactly was the problem with my roof and cost associated with it. Something I’m very thankful for because I have zero knowledge about roofing. As soon as we negotiated a price I was comfortable with, his team came by to do a complete reroof in a few days! He walked me through the process and made sure I was involved and understood what was going on. Because of the great work and excellent customer service, I highly recommend RISNER Roofing!”
