“Our recent home project included the complete remodeling of the kitchen, 3 bathrooms and wet bar. My husband and I decided on Level up home remodeling following our due diligence process (having interviewed multiple contractor candidates) given the prior reviews, competitive proposal, and positive impressions following our discussions with Issac. Issac estimated 3 months to complete the project beginning in August 2016, and although there were the unknown but expected bumps in the road along the way during the project, was able to complete the job on a timely basis. Both quality of workmanship and timely completion of the job was important to us, and Issac and his team delivered on both counts. Those working on our project were hard working competent individuals, punctual, courteous and easy to engage in conversation. Issac was at our site on a daily basis both overseeing the project and hands on with regards to any task. He and his team provided professional, thoughtful and viable options and resolutions to each situation/issue as they arose. We have used other contractors in the past, but Level up home remodeling outperformed all the predecessors. We are pleased with the results and would not hesitate in bringing back Issac team for other construction projects going forward.”

“We hired Three Buddhas to design and build our kitchen. Their staff were very knowledgeable and made an otherwise complicated process simple! Having a single team design and build our kitchen saved us a lot of headaches and frustration from miscommunication between the designer and contractor. It was great experience overall.”

“I was looking for a company to remodel my mom's property in alameda. I heard about this company from a friend and I decided to give it a shot . My mom is 75 years old and not able to communicate so I came to help her. Initially, we wanted to remodel our kitchen but decided to extend our kitchen and dinning room by breaking the wall that divided it. Maor the owner had a lot of layout options to choose from. He is very knowledgeable about design, and offered other possibilities. He also explain the different price between each option . We decided move forward with the build out and started the work on feb 14th. It took him 6 weeks to finish the project. My conclusion: He was almost every day supervise the different crews. Easy to communicate with. He is very pleasant person, he alway find a solution to any request we had. The crew was very professional and pass all inspection the first time . Every day they clean my house and moved their equipment on the side of the house . They didn't work on weekends for our request. He helped us choose all the fixtures from different supplier. Most of the guys speak English and very respectful to both my mom and I. The prices was fair for the quality of the job. The quality of his work is very high and the finish was super. Now we are thinking about doing the 2 bathroom and other area of the house. He will definitely be the contractor I choose . “Douglah Designs did a kitchen, living room, family room remodel for us. Leila was great in our design -- she listens and tailored our exact desires into a unique design. She challenged us when needed. She expanded our thinking when needed, too. Her partnership and input was exactly what we needed. Her crew was good to work with, too. They were on time, on budget and performed everything as expected. Todd and team were great to work with.”

“First they came and give us an estimate that we really liked, we signed the contract to do the kitchen floors. Before they started the job I ask them to give me a price for the complete kitchen remodeling. again we liked the price and we signed the contract (BTW they helped us with financing the job). during the process we found out the electrical wiring needs to be replaced mike gave us very good price on that so we let them do it. they also gave us 3D design rendering that was great, we actually could see how the kitchen will look like.. Roy Mike and the team where very helpful they answered all of our concerns and even when we change things around they where very understanding and helped us to make our dream come true. we where very impressed when all city inspection pass at the first time. we love how our kitchen came out, it looks amazing like it came out of a catalog, its like living in a mention. we will use Baron construction again to do our roof in the in the near future. they did exactly what they promise and above. we are extremely happy that we choose Baron construction and remodeling to do our kitchen.”

“We bought our lovely traditional stucco home knowing we would remodel much of the house. It had great bones but the kitchen and baths were in dire need of being redone. The stairs to the lower level were terrible as were the lower rooms. We wanted our dream house. We had worked with Lisa & Gary on upgrading our previous home for sale and were very pleased with their work, so we called them to do the remodel. We love to cook so the kitchen was a priority. Gary and Lisa listened to everything we wanted and came up with the perfect plan doubling our square footage and adding 2 master suites, a fabulous kitchen with a family room and office. With great planning we were able to live in our home during much of the work including working around our 2 kids and 3 cats!. Most importantly they transformed our house into our dream home. They were able to maintain the historical architecture and blend in the more modern finishes in the kitchen and baths. We love our house and are never moving!”
