The expertise that the team had from the inception with the detailed drawings with great design ideas and 3D visuals created by Sonya, and the level of detail from the installation manager Avtar who was on site during the process and the complete knowledge of every aspect of a kitchen from appliances, accessories, colour schemes and materials and the utilization of space from the directors Ajit and Sukh gave us clear confidence in their work and passion for the job and service provided.
They were extremely personable, warm, friendly and charming and a complete joy to have been serviced by.
The finished product has been complimented by every guest and is now clearly the highlight of our home.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great quality kitchen with fantastic service to go with it!

“Prestige build and management undertook a complete renovation of our Victorian house in Plumstead last year. We found every member of the team a pleasure to work with. The quality of each of the trades - tiling, electrics, plumbing and building was excellent. The team were interested in achieving the aesthetic we wanted and advised us on some of our slightly naive ideas and material choices to deliver what we wanted. The whole team were clean, efficient trustworthy and personable. The office team were also really efficient and helpful to deal with. They were willing to work with us when we had cash flow issues with the bank which, on a major project, is invaluable for any home owner. We also had significant regulatory issues with a basement conversion and Jay and his team persevered to get the project completed despite the obstacles. I would say that price wise they are on the upper end of the spectrum but you get the quality and service you pay for and for us it was worth every penny.”

“Tim and Zenico have managed our ground floor extension from the start of the project. Tim has attended every meeting with our architect and advised us every step of the way on pricing, functionality of the plans as well as offering invaluable insights when choosing the building firm to carry out the work.
Above all the practical advice, the best aspect of having Tim on our team has been that he has taken the headache out of the build. Tim and Ray have managed all the conversations and on-site visits with the builders to ensure the project remains within budget and on time, negotiating dates and (sometimes) delays to the schedule. Communication is excellent. Tim always provides us with clear timelines of the project on a weekly (sometimes daily!) basis. Tim has also realised savings for us by using his trade knowledge when purchasing appliances.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Zenico to anyone thinking of undertaking a major build project. Tim and Ray are always available, polite and offer timely and relevant advice - I cannot recommend them enough”
