“Our experience working with TKP was wonderful. We built a home from scratch, on a lot with a few topographical and permitting constraints. Karen and Steve were a dream team to work with. We came into the project with a multi-page wish list and they met every single one of our requests. I should also say that this was our first ever new build project as a family and TKP was kind and patient in teaching us many, many things that we didn’t already know. The house turned out so beautifully; and we couldn’t be happier.”

They also connected us with Tim, our architect, who was fantastic to work with and played a huge role in bringing our vision to life. You always hear horror stories about construction projects going off the rails; we didn’t experience a single one. Every subcontractor who came through our home was professional, friendly, and respectful. Our neighbors even commented on how great the crews were. The project finished on time (maybe even early!), and we now have a beautiful home that feels perfectly aligned with how we want to live and grow as a family. We absolutely recommend Nested, and have already sent friends their way.”

“True North completed a whole house remodel for us in 2020. We screened several companies before settling on True North Builders. From the beginning we felt they were being honest and upfront about what they could do and what the cost might be. This was a large project and we had some very specific requirements and expectations. The team from True North guided us through every step of the process including design, material selection, construction and they were there to assist with issues after the project was complete. For anyone who has ever taken on a project of this type you understand a couple of things… First, there is a price for quality materials and superior workmanship. The second is in any type of remodel there will be issues you did not fully anticipate before starting the project. The important thing is to work with a company you can trust. We are very happy with the results of our project and enthusiastically recommend True North. Our project came out great and they bent over backwards even after construction, through the warranty period to make sure that everything was right.”
