“So we accepted Brendan's Fixed price quote to come and put the finishing touches/corrections to our complete house renovation. This involved rendering and detailing the new porch and relaying the pathway. Modernising the 1980s bin store to accept taller modern bins whilst making a sliding door from scratch. Refurb the garage including replaster paint and fitting a kitchen at the back of it . Then various small projects such as putting new fencing up. All jobs undertaken with real attention to detail - The guys even got our Jacuzzi bath working - researching a spare part one evening, ordering it and fitting it - something that was beyond our plumbing supplier for 6 months. So the team had all the skills, brilliant attitude and communication - every day checking we were happy and on Schedule and that the site was spotless.
