I met with multiple contractors but ultimately chose Matt and his team, due to their extensive experience and competitive quote. Boy am I glad I did! Matt and his team were professional, on time, and worked within our budget. We changed our minds on a few things as the project went along and Matt quickly adapted to make things work for us. Matt went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final product. Ie There was a post too close to my open-concept kitchen and I asked Matt to move it. Moving it was very difficult as it required creating a new footing in a very tight basement but Matt and his team delivered. Suzanne & Ricardo or Built By Pros took on this project re-built our house through all the difficulties of dealing with a house that was mostly, but not completely, burned (e.g.: no roof, soda blasting, etc.). “We hired Fraser Homes Inc. for a full home renovation. We included design services with the work, which was a service we highly relied on for a cohesive overall project--Mark delivered! From beginning to end, the services provided by Fraser Homes was professional and reliable. We moved and removed walls, enlarged a patio door and window, relocated the kitchen, updated three bathrooms, re-wired, updated plumbing, added an entry door, updated all flooring, waterproofed, changed the stairs, and replaced over 80% of the existing interior. The work was on time and we were consulted when issues arose and provided with reasonable options. We were kept up to date on the status of the renovation and had regular meetings to discuss our goals and likes. Mark and Rod had our best interest in mind throughout the job and treated the project as if it were their own. This is not our first major renovation, but this is the first time we have had a contracting company we could trust and rely on completely.
