The Preliminary Building Agreement we went through helped us realize our perfect home within our budget. If you are looking for a builder who is honest, straight forward, has great instincts and judgment, terrific relationships with top subcontractors and trades, incredible design skills, excellent organizational and communication skills and is a pleasure to work with then you will want to meet with Brad and his team.”

“We have completed a "whole home" renovation with MyHouse - and we continue to be thrilled with both our results and our followup care and attention. The attention to detail, the professional standards, and the client focus were all we could ask for. While in a job of this magnitude there were the inevitable hiccups, any issue was dealt with promptly and to our complete satisfaction. Projects of this size can be very stressful - but this team made it so much less so as we always felt in good hands through the entire process. I would recommend this firm to anyone contemplating renovation, and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.”

“All the support posts for our car port were rotten and needed to be replaced. The estimator from Kerr came over and reviewed the project. We discussed my requirements: demolition, post replacement, cedar siding and plexiglass windows. The estimate was acceptable and I gave the project the go ahead. Shawn was the contractor for the project. He was very pleasant. We reviewed the job and discussed his suggestions, all of which were positive. Shawn raised some concerns after the demolition. This resulted in additional work and materials. I was very concerned about the overruns but after conversations with Shawn and Dave I agreed to proceed. The end result is excellent. I will use them for future projects and would recommend them to anyone reading this review.”

“Previously, I had worked with another highly recommended and awarded local construction company, but due to schedule conflicts, they were unable to take on this project. At that point they recommended Kenorah to me. The owner came over in person and explained to me their process and concept behind the business. I was immediately convinced they were the right team to work with. I had a very good idea of what I wanted to achieve, but was not sure how to achieve it. They made every step of the journey very easy and stress free, allowing me as much involvement as I felt comfortable with. They accommodated all of my requests and if it was impractical, we worked to find a solution was was suitable. The core team of crew were of the highest calibre of talent and the subcontractors and supporting companies/dealers Kenorah works with are just as qualified. At no point did I ever feel any of the work being done was rushed or compromised to save time or money. Every issue that arose was brought to my attention immediately and resolved swiftly with their recommendation. On time and on budget, the finished result was more than I had ever hoped for. Once the project was over Kenorah constantly reaches out to me, making sure everything is still perfect. I have had a couple warrantee issues since then, but they have been fixed and they even went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. “Troico provided us with kitchen design services as well as millwork fabrication and installation. Their knowledge and experience was evident in how our timelines and budget were met and an exceptional final product installed in our kitchen. The quality of the millwork along with the dedication to ensuring onsite requirements were understood provided a level of comfort in knowing our kitchen would be the focal point of our home. Corrective action to address required millwork changes during installation were addressed by Troico without hesitation. We know Troico is determined to meet customer expectations. They certainly met ours.”
