“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

“We began working with Cheryl on plans for our vacation home when we originally hired her as an architect. After taking the plans to several builders, her company as well, her bid was competitive and we felt she would do best at building our vision of our home. Cheryl's team worked through this horrible past winter and our house was pretty much finished on time with little issues. We enjoyed working with Cheryl and her team and are very happy with their finished product. At the end of the build we really appreciated Cheryl's willingness to respond to our schedule needs and overall understanding of how everyone was impacted by this winter.
