“After 5 years of living in our midtown bungalow and growing our family, it was time for us to overhaul our home. Our 1941 house had not been renovated since the early 80s. The bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were all on one floor, and the feel was drab, dark and tired. Suzanne & Ricardo or Built By Pros took on this project re-built our house through all the difficulties of dealing with a house that was mostly, but not completely, burned (e.g.: no roof, soda blasting, etc.). “We hired Fraser Homes Inc. for a full home renovation. We included design services with the work, which was a service we highly relied on for a cohesive overall project--Mark delivered! From beginning to end, the services provided by Fraser Homes was professional and reliable. We moved and removed walls, enlarged a patio door and window, relocated the kitchen, updated three bathrooms, re-wired, updated plumbing, added an entry door, updated all flooring, waterproofed, changed the stairs, and replaced over 80% of the existing interior. The work was on time and we were consulted when issues arose and provided with reasonable options. We were kept up to date on the status of the renovation and had regular meetings to discuss our goals and likes. “I first saw the Reno Coach signs in our neighbourhood and I was intrigued. We knew we had to do our kitchen but we had not idea where to start; we had never done any renovations before. After having the free consultation with Reiner, it was clear that he knew what he was doing. He got things started with some quotes from contractors who he thought would be good for the job. Reiner does all the things you don’t want to do - he drafts the contracts, ensures work is done on time and makes sure things are done to your specifications. Reiner helped us find the right contractor (they were amazing!), the right cabinet makers (they were also fantastic) and a great place to get our counter tops. We figure the amount of money we spent on Reiner was pretty much made back with the costs we saved on the counter tops alone! We would have never known about this place unless Reiner told us.
