“Excellent professional experience and service, in January 2017 started to have my kitchen extended with full new kitchen e.g under floor heating , new ceiling, plumbing ,electrical work, walls boarding and plastering. They recommended a great place to get my wall tiles, marbled flooring and everything was fitted with beautiful finish. All painting and decotrating was done by them within the time frame i wanted and around my budget. I would Highly recommend this company .”

“I have dealt with a few building contractor in the past and none of them comes closer to spectrumhomesinc. They provided me with a 5 star service for the works that i engaged them to do, which included an extension to the house, new kitchen, re-roofing and a new drive. The works were done in a professional way with high quality. More importantly the works was finished a few day earlier which meant than i could enjoy the new kitchen that they fitted. Excellent company.”

“Stuart is a trustworthy professional. He presented us plenty of creative solutions for challenging problems and delivered the solutions at high standards and on time. For a big renovation project, I couldn’t recommend more, as most of the stress was taken away from us. The results are better than expected and we got both quality and beauty. We have now comfortable, functional and stunning rooms.”

I was looking for one company to manage the Design and Build of my project, and have one contact throughout. They are very professional and friendly. I was looking to extend my kitchen but undecided on the Design but Refresh had their own Project Manager and Designer who gave me their expert advice whilst taking my requirements and budget into consideration. “I met Ellie through a networking group. We arranged a coffee date to discuss my conservatory problems. To cold in winter and it had become more of a 'glory hole ' rather than a functional room. Ellie arranged for 3 quotes and we met up afterwards to discuss the best quote for me. I am delighted with the result of the building work and the support that Ellie gave throughout the project. No problems for me to sort out at any time. Ellie consulted with the builder keeping me informed of any technical problems that occurred. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Maison Frais to take on your building project.”
