“We hired CELLI Property Care for our loft conversion, and I can honestly say that they were just more then we expected. It was our first time doing something this big to our house so we needed someone with experience that knew exactly what would go into a project like this. They did a fantastic job at walking us through every part of the project and they guaranteed that they will keep us in the loop throughout the whole process. The guys were really hardworking, tidy and polite. They would clean at the end of each working day, and they did everything possible not to disturb us. The price wasn't the cheapest of all the quotes we've received, but Celino was by far the most knowledgeable and patient estimator that came to visit us. She focussed on how we could maximise an unused side garden to be a useable, extension to the central lounge. “Mel designed a 'lounge-inspired' retail space and office for my shoe company, and did a wonderful job sourcing quirky and unusual pieces of furniture and artwork, as well as creating a solution that worked perfectly for my high end customers and staff. The result was absolutely outstanding, and attracted significant press coverage and a real 'wow' factor within the industry. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Mel again - she's a genius!”

“I would highly recommend Raocon Limited. I did my loft conversion and bathroom renovation. The project was completed on time. We are quite pleased with the results. We were impressed with the initial plans and ideas, the quality of the work, and the excellent care we had throughout the project, especially since we were living on the property with kids. “To set the scene : we are mid-way through construction, to renovate & extend of our Victorian terrace in East London. We've had Seán and Stephen Ltd as our architects for 18 months so far. My wife and I are complete novices to design & construction, and Seán and Stephen have expertly and supportively guided us through each stage, enabling us to really enjoy every part of creating our new home. I would happily recommend this professional practice to family and friends. They were great at helping to bring some of our own design preferences to life using plans, 3D models, and interactive virtual room design tools. But they also have challenged our thinking too, leading us to add in a number of amazing and creative features that we would never otherwise have considered. Seán and Stephen created an extremely thorough and professional Design & Access Statement to help explain our project to the local planners. As a direct result of the quality of S&S’s planning pack our application (which proposed various potentially contentious items such as a basement, lightwell, and dormer) was approved without a single significant amendment. Since the contractor began the works Seán and Stephen have project managed every aspect of the construction programme, providing us with detailed weekly updates and explaining everything to us in layman’s terms. They consistently fight our corner with the contractor on a number of technical and cost-related issues which gives us real confidence that the project is in safe hands. So far we have enjoyed a stress-free project thanks to their project management skills”

“I contacted Rose Narmani to design my three bedroom house and the results are wonderful. I had a specific theme and colour scheme for each room and Rose listened to all of my requirements and the house has been transformed into an incredible living space. She designed my child’s bedroom and he now loves it. We wouldn’t have been able to do this without the intervention of Rose. She was thorough and professional throughout our engagement with her. You must contact her if you are contemplating having the interior of a property designed as she will not only transform the property into an incredible living space but we have also found that this has increased the value of our property. Thank you for everything Rose.”

“After living in Sandhurst for many years and extending our old property, it was always my dream to have the house Paul created for us. We purchased an old run down property in a perfect location but needed someone that could transform it into our dream home. We had heard how good Paul was and his attention to detail, so when he came round to listen to what we wanted, it was clear he was the only person that could make our dream come true. His knowledge and experience quickly created plans that were beyond our dreams and he came up with ideas that we would never of thought of. His ability to visualise what was possible from the run down property was mind blowing and the way he developed the plans allowed us to go on an exciting journey to getting our dream home. Once plans were created, and permissions were granted by the council, Paul then magically made the plans come real, but beyond our expectations. Words cannot describe the attention to detail and if things weren't done to his standard then he would redo it until it was perfect. The result is a home beyond our wildest dreams and a home that our family loves living in everyday. He's created the wow factor that everyone who visits comments on. I suspect Paul is in demand but if you are lucky to get him then I highly recommend you embrace what Paul can provide for you.”
