The spec required for the unit to be pretty much gutted internally and then a new kitchen, laundry and bathroom was installed. Further work to the unit was relocation and construction of new walls, timber floors layed and new modern tiling to the balcony. The craftsmanship of the JMR team was superb and nothing was ever an effort for them despite the fact that the unit was located on the third floor, without the luxury of a lift to help transport materials.
