Demardi was recommended to me via a number of different, and independent sources to assist me with my home and bathroom renovations, after much searching, looking for the right professionals who I felt I could investment my trust, vision and investment with. Over the preceding year and a half, I had sought guidance, feedback and pricing from a number of different sources, with whom I felt I was not able to build trust or rapport with as I was able to with the team at Demardi, who were patient, absolutely invested in the vision and outcomes down to the tiniest of detail and refinement, taking great pride in their work, the outcomes, and my needs as customer and client. “We cannot thank Mike and his team enough. They have totally transformed our home from run down and tired to bright and inviting. His staff were meticulous in their work and kept my husband and I up to date on how the job was tracking. The house was always kept clean and tidied at the end of every day. The new design of our Bathroom and Ensuite were amazing and the final product looked exactly like the 3D drawings by the design girls! Repainting the entire home has made such a difference and makes every room feel so much bigger. We couldn’t be more happy with MJ Harris and would recommend them to anyone looking to renovate.”

“Other than the normal hiccups associated with a renovation I couldn't fault this business. We needed more room for our growing family but didn't want to leave our current home. We added 2 modules to our Victorian semi detached home and couldn't be happier. We have ticked the environmental boxes as this company has an exceptional rating for this. The work was done quickly compared to a traditional renovation too. The job went over budget by 10% which from what I hear is about normal! Even though it was a quick job there were a couple of deadlines that were missed but eventually, we were very pleased with the final result. We were out of our home for just over 3 months.”

All workmanship was done to spec and of a high standard. The tradesmen were professional and arrived on time and the project came in on budget with minimal disruption to our private lives.”

“They worked very hard to achieve our vision for our home and we are ecstatic with the results. We wanted a second storey without changing the front facade of our 100 year old cottage. Downstairs, we reorganised bathrooms, laundry and study whilst keeping the original period features. They were considerably cheaper than other companies and responded quickly to any queries. We have renovated before with others but Extensions Unlimited are by far the best.”
